Survey
We measure, plan seams away from walkways and test moisture. Above 3% needs a moisture barrier first.
- 21 day
Level the floor
The floor is primed and self-levelled for a smooth base, walkable in 4 to 6 hours.
- 31 to 2 days
Lay the sheet
Sheets are cut to fit, bonded in full-spread adhesive and rolled flat.
- 41 day
Weld and finish
Seams are heat-welded with a colour-matched rod and trimmed flush. Coved skirting and a scrub and seal are optional.

Before we start
A few things that keep the job on time and the result right.
- Area cleared, or a phased plan agreed for occupied buildings
- Access to water and power
- New screeds dry or sealed with a moisture barrier
- Temperature above 15 °C for 24 hours before and after install

Can you work after hours?
Yes. For schools, clinics and shops we can work evenings and weekends so you keep trading.
What is coved skirting?
The vinyl is turned up the wall over a support strip, so there is no corner for dirt and bacteria to collect. It is standard in clinics and food areas.
