We test moisture and flatness and check for cracks, loose screed and old adhesive. Moisture above 3% needs a barrier.

Repair
Cracks and holes are filled and hollows patched. High spots are ground only where needed.
- 3Same day
Prime
The floor is cleaned and primed so the next layer bonds properly.

Why can't you just lay over my old floor?
Sometimes we can. Where the old floor is loose, uneven or damp, laying over it transfers those faults to the new floor, so we fix the base first.
