Doorways are sealed off, then the old floor, gripper strips, nails and tile bed are removed.

Clean up
Leftover adhesive is removed and all waste is taken away.

Yes, it is the noisiest part of any job. We seal off doorways and let neighbours know in complexes.
Will the floor need a screed after tiles come up?
Often yes, because the old tile bed leaves an uneven surface. We will tell you at the site visit.
