Where we deliver
We deliver across Cape Town and surrounding areas, roughly within 50 km of the city, including the Southern and Northern Suburbs, Atlantic Seaboard, Helderberg, Durbanville, Bellville, the West Coast and the Winelands. Further afield is possible on request.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding South African public holidays. If a supplier delays stock, we tell you straight away with a new date.
Delivery cost
Delivery is shown as its own line on your quote before you pay, so there are no surprises. On supply and install jobs, delivery to site is included.
On the day
- Deliveries are made to ground level at the address on your order. Carrying up stairs or long distances can be arranged in advance.
- Someone over 18 must be present to receive and sign for the goods.
- Please check the number of boxes and look for visible damage before signing. Note any problem on the delivery note and send us a photo the same day.
- If nobody is available at the agreed time, a re-delivery fee may apply.
Storing and acclimatising your floor
- Store boxes flat, indoors and dry, off bare concrete, and never on their ends.
- Engineered wood and laminate need to acclimatise in the room where they will be laid, normally at least 48 hours. Vinyl and SPC need around 24 hours. Your product's installation guide gives the exact time.
- Keep boxes closed until installation, and away from direct sun, water and building work.
Collection
If you would prefer to collect, ask us when you order. Collection is by arrangement from our showroom at 29 Union Avenue, Pinelands, once we confirm your order is ready.
