Sea Point Airbnb

The brief

A 40 m² Sea Point apartment run as an Airbnb, where the floor needed to do a lot at once: look warm and inviting in photos, tie the open-plan living, kitchen and bedroom together, and survive the constant traffic of short-stay guests and their luggage.

What we did

We self-levelled the subfloor to a dead-flat base, then installed Aspen Project Range luxury vinyl in Classic Oak throughout, running the same plank across the open-plan lounge and kitchen, into the bedroom and through to the bathroom for one seamless, continuous look with no thresholds breaking up the space.

The result

A bright, cohesive apartment where one warm oak floor flows through every room, easy to clean between guests, tough enough for the traffic, and a big lift to the listing’s photos.
